Super Lyan

Set inside a historic 17th-century house adjoining the Kimpton De Witt, Super Lyan is Ryan Chetiyawardana’s first international Lyan bar. The approach is playful rather than reverential: recognisable cocktail formats and familiar flavours are pulled apart and rebuilt with unexpected ingredients, while the colourful room and informal service keep the experience accessible. The current menu draws inspiration from Amsterdam’s boroughs and the stories that shape the city.
