La Copita strips Bangkok's cocktail night down to a few square metres, a shelf of agave spirits and bartenders with a point of view. Created by Arnon 'Kay' Hoontrakul of Opium Bar, this Chinatown standing bar runs a compact set of regular cocktails alongside changing bartender-led drinks. Its playful experiments can range from smoky mezcal and black truffle to crisp highballs, giving tequila, mezcal and less familiar Mexican spirits a lively, welcoming stage.
