Teens of Thailand helped transform Chinatown's Soi Nana into one of Bangkok's most interesting drinking streets. The tiny, deliberately rough-edged shophouse specialises in gin, using Thai tea, chrysanthemum, tropical fruit, herbs and other local flavours to rethink the Gin & Tonic and related classics. Its importance lies as much in its simplicity as its drinks: no elaborate theatre, just a strong point of view and a room with character.
