Beneath the restaurant Krasi, candlelight, dark stone and a small number of seats frame an ambitious drinks programme by Lou Charbonneau. Herbal, smoky and savoury combinations arrive in imaginative glassware, with bartenders guiding guests through the menu rather than leaving its elaborate ingredients unexplained.
