TATA brings its own quietly theatrical world to Hotel Sanders, just steps from Copenhagen's Royal Danish Theatre. Named after the theatre's red curtain, this intimate room marries velvet-and-brass comfort with confident classic cocktails and distinctive signatures. The current Cinderella menu unfolds in three acts, transforming familiar templates into drinks such as a rye-and-mulberry highball and a mezcal-and-melon Margarita riff.
