Locale Firenze

Locale places an ambitious modern cocktail programme inside a Renaissance palazzo. Local and seasonal produce meets fermentation, preservation and other techniques in drinks that look forward even when the surroundings do not. Florence supplies both the ingredients and the extraordinary stage.
