Carnaval

Carnaval treats cocktails as conceptual creations, researching ingredients, their origins and their place in Peruvian culture. Its Alquimia V menu reworks familiar drinks with ingredients such as ají limo, mango and seasonal fruit. The bar's Ice Room is integral to that approach: its specialist team makes the ice pieces that accompany the cocktails.
