Housed in the tiny former caretaker's residence behind Wesley Church, Caretaker's Cottage feels closer to a great pub than a polished cocktail lounge. Guinness, punch, Martinis and evolving mixed drinks share the room with a carefully tuned sound system and record collection. Its appeal comes from making excellent drinks feel completely natural within a warm, everyday drinking space.
