Kaito del Valle

Kaito del Valle borrows the ease of an izakaya rather than simply its aesthetics. Japanese spirits, sake, ingredients and pop-cultural references run through the drinks and sharing food. Founded in 2016 with an all-women bar team, it has grown into a Mexico City bar with a character very much its own.
