Café La Trova

Café La Trova is a celebration of Cuban drinking, food and music led by bartender Julio Cabrera and chef Michelle Bernstein. Cantinero-style bartending puts technique and performance directly in front of the guest, while live trova music makes the room feel closer to Havana than a conventional American cocktail bar. Daiquiris, Hotel Nacionals and other Cuban classics sit naturally alongside contemporary creations.
