Botanical by Alfonse is a small Namur cocktail bar built around seasonality, experimentation and constant reinvention. Its ephemeral cocktail menu is completely renewed every two months, with seasonal produce, house-made ingredients and techniques developed in its own laboratory shaping drinks that are precise, playful and often unexpected. Opened in 2018, the bar combines serious technical ambition with warm, intimate hospitality.
