Bar Goto brings Japanese cocktail traditions to New York's Lower East Side. Opened by Kenta Goto in 2015, the intimate bar is known for its Sakura Martini, Japanese spirits and carefully considered approach to classic cocktails. The small, warmly lit room and concise menu of Japanese bar snacks make hospitality as central to the experience as the drinks themselves.
