Inspired by Ernest Hemingway's well-known enthusiasm for drinking, Hemingway Bar specialises in the categories most associated with him: rum, absinthe and Champagne. More than 200 rums sit behind the bar, but the real focus is carefully constructed mixed drinks made with premium spirits and fresh ingredients. Intimate and polished, it remains one of Prague's reference points for classic cocktail hospitality.
