Explorer Bar

Set inside a turquoise 1920s mansion in the hills of Santa Teresa, Explorer Bar uses travel as its creative starting point. Cocktails and food draw on flavours encountered around the world but are grounded by Brazilian produce, while gardens, terraces and views across the neighbourhood make the setting unusually important to the experience. It feels more like discovering a hidden house than entering a conventional cocktail bar.
