Smuggler's Cove is an immersive exploration of rum and the long history of tropical drinking. Three densely decorated levels contain one of the world's most formidable rum selections, while the menu ranges from Caribbean classics and Prohibition-era Havana drinks to recipes from the golden age of tiki. The escapist setting is theatrical, but the scholarship and precision behind the drinks are entirely serious.
