Tan Tan began as a Japanese noodle bar in Pinheiros and grew into a lively hybrid of restaurant and cocktail bar. Thiago Bañares and the team bring Brazilian and Asian flavours together across food and drinks, with the bar counter at the heart of the room. Its ambition is serious, but the atmosphere stays informal and social.
