The Bellwood looks back to Japan’s Taishō-era cafés without getting stuck there. Atsushi Suzuki opened the Shibuya bar in 2020 and uses the progression of kaiseki dining as one reference for seasonal cocktails. Deeper inside, the separately bookable Bell Sushi adds another small world to the address.
