Prequel & Co. Apothecary

Frankie Solarik's Prequel & Co. Apothecary imagines the botanical laboratories of Paris between 1890 and 1910 as a contemporary cocktail bar. Fresh and dried herbs, spices and botanicals are crushed, muddled and extracted in what the team calls its Méthode Classique. The theatrical room reinforces the story, but the real idea is flavour built through the fundamentals of the apothecary.
