Whisky Quay Bar

Whisky Quay is the Old Town outpost of the Port of Leith Distillery team. New-wave whiskies, single-cask releases and the distillery’s own bottlings sit beside highballs and classic whisky drinks. It feels less like a whisky showcase than a bar interested in where Scottish whisky is going next.
