The Old Man

The Old Man uses Ernest Hemingway's writing, travels and drinking life as inspiration for its cocktails. Drinks take their names from his works and combine Asian ingredients with techniques including fermentation, rotovap distillation and infusions. The bar connects literary references with contemporary experimentation at its Aberdeen Street address.
