Toca da Raposa is Constança Cordeiro’s cocktail bar in Chiado, opened in 2018. Its house creations use seasonal produce, natural fruit liqueurs and foraged plants that are infused or distilled on site. Raw concrete, velvet seating and a pink limestone bar give the small room a clean, modern setting.
