Downstairs at Angelita, the restaurant and wine bar upstairs give way to a cocktail programme with its own identity. Many ingredients are made in house, with produce from the Villalón family’s garden in Zamora appearing throughout. Seasonality and provenance matter more here than elaborate presentation.
