Angel's Share

Angel's Share introduced New York to a distinctly Japanese interpretation of the cocktail bar in 1993. Now in the West Village after leaving its original East Village home, it retains the rules that helped define its character: small groups, seated drinking, quiet conversation and no standing crowd. The cocktails balance Japanese precision with the intimacy that made the original such an influential room.
