Native explores the cultures, ingredients and crafts of Asia through drinks. Regional spirits, produce, fermentation and relationships with growers and makers provide the raw material, giving cocktails a sense of place that reaches far beyond Singapore itself. The current multi-level space extends that philosophy into fermentation and food, making Native as much an exploration of regional ingredients as a cocktail bar.
